Ideas for Pinkie first began back in 2009 with the goals to create a sweet, cute, and stylish doll. With a little bit of inspiration from Bryant's sisters pet cocker spaniel, Pinkie Cooper. They wanted to make a doll that wasn't as edgy as the bratz dolls and looked more sophisticated and glamorous.
After perfecting sketches, they spent a lot of time to find the right fabrics and clothing, to help bring the playful pooch to life.
The most earliest image/concept of Pinkie was found during January 2013 (see gallery). In February she and the others have made their debut at a recent toy fair.
The targeted age range they was hoping to appeal to was young children between the ages of 4 to 8. But a lot of older fans seem to already be falling in love with these girls!
All main stream stores like Target, Walmart, Toys R Us and so fourth have already ordered plenty of dolls in order to have them out by mid-summer.
